The work done in WP9 of TInnGO aimed at evaluating the imbalances in educational provision in the STEM domain, given the active link with the Smart Mobility and transport framework. Various examples of initiatives directed to secondary schools and trying to make women aware of their potentialities in a deeply gender-biased field like the STEM one are provided (more details here).
Inspiring girls Italia is now proposing a new initiative available to teachers of lower secondary schools. It is a free digital training course, divided into three teaching modules, aimed at their students and their female students to explore important issues such as unaware stereotypes, emotional intelligence and the false myths of STEM. The tool is available here.
