The Baltic Hub conducted a survey of Baltic schools, which identified key trends in career counseling in schools. Based on this information and the analysis of the literature, the Baltic Hub has developed guidelines for schools to encourage them to ensure a smooth and minimally externalized career counseling process. This goal is designed to encourage students, especially girls, not to be so influenced by the supporters and stereotypes that come from society and those around them.
