The TInnGO project will take part in the interactive webinar “Women employed in transport: challenges and good practices from a surface transport perspective” that will be hosted next Monday 14 December by the Diamond EU funded project.
This online conference will focus on discussing the barriers and facilitators faced by women as employees across the transport sector. Topics for discussion include the following:
- Exploring the challenges faced and good practices found in transport organisations surrounding women as employees
- The development of a benchmarking or maturity model for fairness in women’s employment in the transport sector
- A workshop discussion to summarise key areas of future work and data collection
Isolda Constantin and Stefan Roseanu will represent the TInnGO project in the session “Employment Opportunities in Smart Mobility” that will take place at 14:17 pm (UK time).
