The 5th Dortmund Conference on Spatial and Planning Research took place on 17 and 18 February 2020. It was organized by the Faculty of Spatial Planning of the Technische Universität Dortmund together with the Academy for Spatial Research and Planning (ARL) and the Institute for Regional and Urban Development Research (ILS). The motto of this year’s conference was “Rethinking spaces – planning in a changing world”. This includes of course the planning of public transport and its orientation towards gender aspects. In the course of this, Juliane Krause of Plan & Rat presented TInnGO to the audience and spoke about the goals and challenges in promoting international knowledge acquisition and exchange on innovations in the field of Gender Smart Mobility.
