Women make up 47 per cent of the UK workforce. Yet, they remain underrepresented in the transport sector, accounting for only 20 per cent of workers. TInnGO’s UK Hub is conducting a narrative survey to capture women’s experiences of working in transport . We want to collect stories and listen to female voices in this male dominated environment.
