On 10th June 2021, Miriam Pirra, leader of the TInnGO Italian Hub, has been invited to present the TInnGO project during the 11th edition of the Master in Gender Equality and Diversity Management.
This training course, organized by Fondazione Giacomo Brodolini, addresses all aspects of diversity and inclusion. These include multicultural differences, generational differences, differences relating to sexual orientation, gender-equal opportunities, the inclusion of disabilities, maintaining a transversal focus on aspects related to gender equality. The course is aimed at experts in human resource management and change managers, policymakers who want to promote gender-sensitive planning, professional trainers in public and private organizations, operators in the field of equal opportunities and social inclusion, active in public, private or third sector organizations and researchers interested in the topic.
The organizers have invited Miriam Pirra to present the TInnGO project as a 90 minute lesson in the module of the course devoted to the presentation of case studies.
