TInnGO gave me the opportunity to work independently, but still gain vital feedback on a regular basis from the team, who helped me understand that inclusive design is complex with a multitude of areas to address. This meant that I was able to expand my thinking and portfolio to address gender and diversity issues in mobility, which is something that I will take forward with me in the future when thinking about new design concepts. Even though the experience was of a virtual nature, all the members of the TInnGO team were always very helpful and accessible. I enjoyed working with them and discussing topics that I can now approach in a greater depth than before.
Here are some of the concepts I worked on during my time with TInnGO:
Visual Impairments on Public Transport
Real-time Service Information at Bus Stops
Developing the Real-time Information Checkpoint Concept
The Drone that Assists with your Shopping
Developing the Assistance Drone
