On the 23rd of November, an exciting talk will be held discussing early career researchers during the pandemic, challenges and strategies from early researchers in Europe regarding feminism and gender. TInnGO’s is compromised to promote equality in academia and its focus on STE(A)M and the importance of gender diversity in the industry and HEI’s, endorsing events such as this. Alongside Dr. Liz Ablett’s talk, it will work as a forum for discussion and networking for participants struggling during our unsual times and a space for collective planning.
Such spaces for collective thinking, planning and action are one of TInnGO’s objectives, having recently launched our Open Innovation Platform. The platform encourages co-participation in all steps for different actions, from researchers and people in the industry, from design to policy planning.
