Societal Travel is working for the UK Hub. In the hub they have been working on GADAP with the company Zeelo. Zeelo is smart bus services for commuting, school runs, work shuttle and events with operations in the UK, US, and South Africa. From the beginning of the work UK Hub set following objectives:

• to introduce the GaDAP to Zeelo as a tool to support equality work
• to help Zeelo to define problems, propose indicators and measures related to smart mobility in their context;

A workshop with leaders from Zeelo was held, to explore knowledge of gender and diversity in their operations as well as the implementation of gender and diversity mainstreaming. One finding was that Zeelo uses data to identify, build and improve fixed bus routes and shuttles to maximise ridership. However, they have not been collecting gender-disaggregated data. Therefore, in the action report our recommendation focuses on the principle of Gender and diversity specific data collection and analysis. During the workshop we also co-created a survey that will help Zeelo to collect this information from their clients. This will help to improve the quality of services and target areas of improvement to ensure inclusivity in their offering. Zeelo also plan to develop an Equality and diversity policy to promote inclusivity within their organisation.
